It is in this moment on seeing this, you tag your significant less-stylish other and go this could be us but … I love my African Fashion bloggers because they dont play when it comes to representing the culture with their style and their swag, even if they had to co-ordinate unawares. Bloggers @trevor_sturrman (South Africa) and Sade Akinoso (Nigerian) amongst other famous Instagram influencer’s took to their social media platforms to show us some enviable suited up two-some looks and boy do i want to run out an get me a custom suit and a well tailored man to go. Keep going and see some more amazing outfit inspirations from the African Fashion Bloggers community.
South African Fashion Media girl Thuli of @stylealertsa and Men’s Style blogger Gabriel Akinosho (@gabrielakinosho) gave us a desirous mix of coordinated chestnut and chocolate finely pressed suits, paired with some fedora hats (Know your hats). While Thuli styled her look with a pair of lace-up white tennis shoes, Gabriel opted for some patent slipper flats. Dare i forget that they both accessorized with mini Louis Vuitton clutch purses. I love everything about their looks from hat to toe-cap.
And then there is the formidable pair of Nigerian bloggers Jennifer Oseh (@theladyvhoka) and Dr. Akin Faminu (@akinfaminu). They themed their look “A fashion story of power printed suits”, one thing is for sure about this look, it is powerful and we really need to hear the story behind it. The Nigerian duo are never afraid when it comes to mixing and matching and styling up their prints. Particularly why they style this mix of colorful print and ankara effortlessly. Jennifer rocked her signature legally blonde low-cut do with some gold earrings and a red cat-eye glasses, while Dr. Dapper paired his black shades and woodin suit with some black patent tassel shoes. Nailed it!
